There are superstitions in some parts of Africa that albino body parts bring wealth, power or sexual conquest. Attackers sell albino body parts to witch doctors for thousands of dollars, according to Amnesty International.

It has been an amazing experience as a team and also on an individual level, where each of the ladies reached her own summit and challenged herself to go beyond her limits!

In 2019, Kili4Kids successfully raised $104,000 that was used to create a center for vulnerable children in Kenya: Amrita Center.
We are now off to phase 2 of climbing the second highest peak in Africa to continue our journey of support.
